A little slow on the uptake but we at Crispy Comedy Cuts are still reeling from the proposed cuts to BBC FOUR output. Aside from the documentaries, new British drama and the pick of American imports, it’s also the original home to genuinely brilliant new comedy shows such as, The Thick of It, Lead Balloon, Screenwipe and the amazing, if far too short lived, Cowards.

Proof if ever it was needed that Britain needs BBC FOUR!
